Managed Services | Finance Consultant (AP) PwC is launching a new project within our Managed Services practice and we’re hiring a motivated Finance Associate with hands‑on Accounts Payable (AP) experience. You’ll operate in a structured, outcome‑driven Managed Services environment, delivering reliable, high‑quality finance operations for international stakeholders. What you’ll do: Execute day‑to‑day AP tasks: invoice validation and posting, 3‑way match, payment runs, vendor reconciliations; Support month‑end close (journals, accruals), general ledger accuracy, and account reconciliations; Maintain vendor and customer master data; uphold internal controls and service standards (SLAs, KPIs); Collaborate across PwC Managed Services teams to standardize processes and drive continuous improvement. What you’ll bring: 1–4 years of professional experience focused on AP; Fluency in English (written and spoken); Proficiency with ERP SAP (other ERP’s are a plus) and Microsoft Office skills; Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working to deadlines in a collaborative setting; IFRS knowledge is a plus (exposure to reporting/close helpful). Nice to have: Experience improving P2P process efficiency or using automation tools (e.g., RPA).
