The role Integrated into PwC’s M A team, this professional will play a key role in the execution of strategic transactions with real impact on our clients’ businesses. You will work closely with senior and top management, clients, and key stakeholders in processes related to mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and other Corporate Finance services. This role offers strong exposure to complex transactions, development of financial modelling and analytical skills, and contact with diverse industries and geographies. You will be involved in: Transaction execution: Supporting end‑to‑end M A processes, including financial analysis, preparation of marketing materials (Teaser, Information Memorandum), creation of presentations, and coordination of due diligence workstreams; Financial modelling: Developing detailed financial models to evaluate transactions, assess valuation scenarios, and measure financial impacts; Market research: Conducting comprehensive sector and market research to identify key players, potential buyers/targets, and understand industry trends; Client interaction: Working directly with clients to understand strategic objectives, gather relevant information, and support transaction negotiation; Collaboration: Working effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including M A advisors, lawyers, accountants, and other specialists, ensuring seamless transaction execution. Your profile 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, M A, Corporate Finance, or related fields (mandatory); Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills, with solid command of Excel and financial analysis techniques; Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights; Strong written and verbal communication skills, with clarity in articulating complex ideas; Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment, both autonomously and as part of a team; High attention to detail, with strong rigor and focus on quality while meeting demanding deadlines; Professionalism, integrity, discretion, and responsibility when handling confidential information and interacting with clients and colleagues.
