- Teamwork with Purchasing department to select the potential suppliers.
- Involve and be a strong partner in Advanced Product Quality Planning/PQP (Preventive Quality Planning) to meet project metrics.
- Be responsible of PPAP for purchased components.
- Lead implement process audit at supplier and follow-up audit until all findings closed.
- Lead Supplier Quality Improvement Project (SQIP).
- Trace 8D timing and evaluate 8D quality, train supplier 8D when needed.
- Collect failure costs and claim to supplier.
- Support the 3rd part and customer audit.
- Support Bosch other plants.
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s in mechanic & tooling relevant or plastic tooling
- Bachelor: above 3 years. Or Master: No experience required
- Solid knowledge in plastic molding or tooling.
- Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9001/IATF16949.
- Good knowledge with quality management tools such as APQP/PPAP, FEMA, SPC,MSA and 8D.
- English: Fluent
