Role Overview:
As a Purchasing Storekeeper at Palazzo Ezulwini, you will be responsible for managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of goods across the International Convention Center. You will play a key role in maintaining an efficient supply chain to support the world-class standards of the venue.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards.
Organize and maintain the storage areas to ensure efficient access to inventory.
Record and monitor stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment of supplies.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure that orders are placed on time and within budget.
Ensure all inventory is accurately documented and audit stocks regularly.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill specific inventory requests and manage operational needs.
