The Purchasing Manager is responsible for leading strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization activities to ensure supply continuity and business competitiveness. With strong expertise in automotive standards such as APQP, PPAP, and IATF 16949, the role manages supplier quality, performance, and sustainability while conducting effective negotiations for complex, high-value contracts. Leveraging ERP systems and data analytics, the position drives value engineering, cost modeling, and spend transparency. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams to balance long‑term procurement strategies with daily operational requirements and supply risks. As a people leader, the Purchasing Manager demonstrates strong ownership, resilience, and the ability to guide teams through challenging and dynamic environments.
