Position: As a Publishing Operations & Systems Coordinator at Musixmatch, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the operational processes and internal systems that support the Publishing team. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Back-End, Finance and Customer Support teams to ensure efficient music publishing rights holder onboarding, data ingestion and integrity, royalty operations and an excellent experience for publishers and independent authors. What you will do: Define, manage, improve and implement internal tools and workflows for the Publishing team, in collaboration with Product and Back-End teams Maintain and manage internal tools and databases as well as third-party tools and services (including Customer.io, Intercom, Figma, Zapier, Sendgrid) Support the Publishing team in onboarding new publishers and independent authors, providing internal updates to stakeholders on activation status Use Musixmatch CRM systems to interact with publishers and authors: communicate deal details, provide onboarding support and manage operational issues Coordinate with internal teams, including Back-End, for accurate and timely data entry Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and collaborate with the Publishing team to implement new operational solutions Oversee operational aspects of royalty distribution, working closely with the Finance team to identify and prevent risks related to missing or incorrect payments Supervise and manage timely and effective responses to publisher support requests via customer service tools such as Intercom Stay up to date on industry trends and the consumer market to continuously improve operational processes Requirements: 2+ years of experience in operations, systems coordination or similar roles Strong experience with CRM systems and operational tools Solid understanding of data management and internal workflows Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in cross-functional environments Excellent communication skills, with professional fluency in English Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment Technically literate and quick to learn new tools and technologies Interest in the music industry and digital publishing ecosystem Nice to have: Previous experience in music publishing, digital rights management or royalty operations Knowledge of automation tools (n8n, Zapier or similar) and basic process automation Experience working with customer support platforms Additional language skills highly desirable
