What the Role Entails
Role PurposeDrive publishing presence and engagement in North America by designing and executing activations, partnerships, and campaigns that resonate with local players and creators.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide deep insight into what resonates with NA players - platforms, creators, tone, and sentiment trends and own a weekly NA Insights Package.
Build and execute NA GTM plans, including localized activations, events, brand collaborations, and creator partnerships.
Adapt global campaigns for NA markets, ensuring relevance in tone and timing.
Deliver creative proposals for regional brand or community partnerships.
Track performance metrics (engagement, wishlists, conversions) and optimize activations based on player feedback.
Surface early trends, discovery patterns, and local sentiment to guide HQ strategy.
Who We Look For
Must-Have Experience5–8 years in game publishing or entertainment marketing focused on NA.
Proven success launching or scaling games with measurable engagement or conversion impact.
Hands-on experience with campaign execution and partner management.
Personal AttributesDeep understanding of North American gamer culture.
Collaborative, player-first mindset.
Network among NA creators, agencies, and platform partners.
Organized and comfortable managing campaign calendars and reports.
