Role Responsibilities and Purposes:

  • Strategic Product Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from market analysis and technical specifications to launch and phase-out. This includes defining pricing strategies, discount structures, and profit margins to ensure alignment with corporate commercial goals.

  • Technical Sales Support & Consulting: Act as the primary technical expert for the sales force and installers. You will manage complex quotations, handle specification conversions, and provide on-site support to resolve technical issues and secure business opportunities.

  • Training & Stakeholder Coordination: Lead technical training sessions and act as a keynote speaker at institutional events. You will collaborate with Marketing on documentation, interface with suppliers on product specs, and ensure seamless communication between the local sales team and Corporate headquarters.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience

  • Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work

  • University Degree or equivalent

  • A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
