What You'll Do

In this role, you will lead the execution and evolution of executive lifecycle programs for BCG’s Managing Directors & Partners across more than 50 countries. Operating at the intersection of executive rewards, governance, and strategic decision-making, you will oversee complex partner transitions—including lateral hires, departures, and office transfers—ensuring financial precision, policy alignment, and seamless global coordination.

You will play a critical role in structuring compensation and equity outcomes, developing cash flow analyses, and advising stakeholders on downstream financial and governance implications. The work is high-visibility, highly confidential, and directly connected to senior leadership decisions.

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end global MDP lifecycle activities (recruiting/lateral hiring, departures, office transfers) by applying global policies, financial mechanics, and local regulatory requirements with precision, consistency and discretion
  • Deliver accurate compensation and equity calculations across salary, bonus, retirement and long-term incentive programs, including cash flow estimates and execution-ready documentation to senior stakeholders
  • Own rigorous tracking and coordination of lifecycle requests, ensuring governance, compliance, and clear visibility into downstream impacts and risks across PSG and to other functions
  • Partner closely with stakeholders outside of PSG (C-suite support, Legal, Global Accounting) to ensure alignment, accuracy, and timely execution across all processes
  • Drive continuous improvement of lifecycle operations to enhance efficiency, scalability, and risk management
  • Independently manage competing priorities while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality

Strategic Analysis & Business Insight

  • Interpret enterprise-level policies and macro concepts to support strategic executive initiatives and complex, ad hoc leadership requests, develop playbooks and “best practice guidance”
  • Own compensation estimator tools, including inputs to the models, observation and analysis of the outputs, comparing to other sources
  • Provide decision-quality analysis and reporting to inform senior stakeholder discussions and outcomes
  • Apply strong analytical judgment and attention to detail in high-stakes, C-suite–level scenarios
  • Clearly articulate methodologies, assumptions, and implications to senior, global audiences using advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and digital analytics tools

 YOU’RE GOOD AT (COMPETENCIES)

  • Applying policies and mathematical methodologies to deliver complex executive reward estimates
  • Identifying risks and having sound judgment in decision making; knowing when to seek guidance or escalate a decision
  • Confident, credible communicator with detail-oriented, senior audiences who builds trust across all levels in a fast-paced, global, service-oriented environment
  • Proactive, creative self-starter with strong organizational skills
  • Big-picture thinker with solid business acumen; able to prioritize competing demands and anticipate the broader impact of decisions
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity; open to change, innovation, and new ways of working
  • Quick learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High integrity, positive attitude, and unwavering commitment to confidentiality
  • Performs effectively under pressure, navigating change with tact, poise, and patience

What You'll Bring

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field; MBA or other professional degree preferred
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of work experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility, preferably within a professional services firm.
  • Fluency in MS suite, particularly strong excel skills
  • Comfort working in environments with high judgment, regulatory sensitivity and senior stakeholder impact
  • Experience driving improvements through digital transformations or operational changes.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues, ability to be flexible and to think strategically,
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams
