What You'll Do

You will join a team responsible for delivering executive compensation programs for BCG’s Managing Directors & Partners (MDPs) across a global partnership. The team oversees core compensation and equity programs, supports the annual evaluation and reporting cycle, and manages partner lifecycle events such as promotions, lateral hires, departures, and transfers.

 

In this role, you will contribute to the accurate delivery of compensation processes while developing a deep understanding of executive rewards governance within a complex, multi-country environment. The position offers strong exposure to finance, analytics, and operational excellence within a highly detail-oriented and collaborative team.

  • Preparing, authorizing, and tracking compensation payments in alignment with internal controls and timelines.
  • Preparation and ongoing updates of complex executive compensation models, including salary, bonus, and deferred compensation calculations.
  • Reviewing Profit Sharing Retirement Fund (PSRF) calculations submitted by local finance teams and providing feedback based on global eligibility rules and knowledge of local programs.
  • Performing detailed analysis of current or historical compensation data to support recurring operations and decision-making.
  • Preparing and reviewing annual MDP statements and communications, ensuring accuracy and clarity regarding awards and payment schedules
  • Engaging with the PSG Product Portfolio team to continuously support and evolve our systems with the business, contributing to requirements, system testing (UAT), and enhancements.
  • Documenting core processes and utilizing digital tools to design and implement automation or process improvements.
  • Collaborating with team members in the current team and the broader global finance organization on cross functional initiatives and ad hoc projects.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in areas such as compensation, accounting, audit, or financial operations—ideally within a global organization
  • Strong analytical skills with a natural curiosity and problem-solving mindset
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly and professionally present information to stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with digital and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, etc)
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, recommend improvements, and contribute to overall team success


Who You'll Work With

Partner Services Group (PSG) is part of BCG’s Global Services organization, which provides critical corporate and operational support across functions including Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing, IT, Risk, and more. These teams operate globally to enable the firm’s strategic priorities and business performance.

 

This role sits within the PSG Analytics & MDP Support team and partners closely with Compensation & Equity and other PSG sub-functions. You will collaborate across Finance, Legal, senior leadership support teams, and systems/product stakeholders to ensure alignment, accuracy, and seamless execution of executive lifecycle activities. The role offers regular engagement with senior functional leaders and exposure to global decision-making processes.
