Provider Data Management (PDM) Specialist
What you ll need:
- Required
- 5+ years of professional experience overall
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or a management consulting role
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong detail-oriented mindset
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to tailor the delivery of a message or training to a variety of audiences
- Ability to interact and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams both internally and externally
- Ability to give and receive feedback and think critically about how to drive efficiency in the CertifyOS Implementation process
- Ability to work US based hours (EST preferred)
- Preferred
- Strong understanding of provider data management universe
- Demonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications (Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com )
- Experience with Python, SQL, and/or GCP
