Promotions & Propositions Fulfilment Executive - Gibraltar

We are now looking for a Promotions and Propositions Fulfilment Executive to support the setup and execution of sportsbook bonus mechanisms across our UK Sports brands. This role will be involved in a wide range of promotional activity, including new customer acquisition, ATL marketing, BTL retention, and reactivation offers. You will report into the Promotions and Propositions Fulfilment Manager and work closely with experienced team members as you develop your skills.
Working across multiple brands (Ladbrokes, Coral, bwin and Sportingbet), you will help ensure sportsbook bonus mechanisms are set up accurately and delivered smoothly, supporting a high‑quality customer experience. You will play an important role in maintaining systems and processes that enable promotions to be executed efficiently and compliantly.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Proposition Teams and Player Marketing Teams to help set up, test, and execute bonus and promotional offers, gaining exposure to the full end‑to‑end customer journey.
Key responsibilities
Campaign Support: Assist with the setup, QA, and execution of sportsbook bonus and promotional campaigns across digital and retail channels.
Process & Delivery: Follow established processes to ensure promotions are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with brand and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and escalate suggestions to the wider team.
Campaign Coordination: Support the delivery of more complex or multi‑channel campaigns under guidance, helping to ensure a smooth end‑to‑end customer experience.
Performance Learning: Work with analytics and reporting teams to review campaign results and learn how insights are used to inform future promotions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Build effective working relationships with Proposition Teams, Marketing, and Product teams, supporting them with promotion setup and execution.
Compliance & Responsible Gambling: Develop a strong understanding of regulatory and Responsible Gambling requirements, ensuring all promotions are delivered in line with agreed standards.

Essential
Some experience or exposure to supporting bonus or promotional campaign setup and execution, ideally within a sportsbook, gaming, digital, or commercial environment (training provided).
Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to follow processes, spot issues, and escalate appropriately.
Good analytical skills and a willingness to learn how campaign performance and customer journeys are evaluated.
Ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal stakeholders and contribute positively to team objectives.
Demonstrates accountability for own tasks, showing reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
Desired
A genuine interest in sports, betting, or gaming.
Awareness of regulatory or compliance considerations in a customer‑facing or highly regulated environment.
Confident user of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools, or willingness to develop these skills.
Strong organisational skills, with experience managing tasks and meeting fixed deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
