All about the role:
As a Project & Technical Leader, you will drive cross‑functional technical projects across Architecture, Platform, and Module areas. You will lead end‑to‑end project execution—from technical direction to planning, budgeting, and delivery—ensuring that solutions align with business objectives. You’ll enable efficient collaboration across Business Areas, Platforms, and R&D teams to secure successful project outcomes.
What you'll do:
Lead Technical Opportunity Assessments (TOA) for generation plan and cross‑category projects.
Act as Technical Leader and/or Project Leader, serving as the main R&D interface.
Provide technical leadership for cost‑ and quality‑improvement initiatives.
Consolidate and maintain budget/FCx data, aligning with module teams.
Promote consistent tools and processes for budgeting and project execution.
Prepare quarterly BU and FCx reports and align deviations with stakeholders.
Serve as technical reference across categories, functions, and regions.
Support digitalization initiatives and adoption of new ways of working.
Guide advanced development projects until defined checkpoints.

Qualifications:
5+ years of leadership experience; R&D team management is an advantage.
MSc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong background in product development and new technology introduction.
Knowledge of gated project/program management processes.
Experience working in matrix organizations.
Innovation‑ and consumer‑focused mindset.
Awareness of digital trends (simulation, automation, AI, digitalization).
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
