Project Specialist, Korea

The Project Specialist will work alongside the Regional Service Manager to manage and support all service centers in the region. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, building service capabilities (personnel development, network development), enhancing service experiences, managing revenue/cost risks, and collaborating on cross-departmental projects. We are seeking someone with excellent communication, comprehension, and analytical skills to join us in building a world of abundance!

• Develop personnel development and reserve plans based on business needs.
• Lead service process management optimization projects, collaborate with cross-departmental teams to establish service standards, implement visual management, and improve the operational efficiency and user experience of service centers.
• Organize service centers to continuously improve and innovate daily operations, promote feasible projects, and handle related training.
• Conduct data analysis for service-related businesses, identify and resolve operational issues in service centers.
• Assist in the development and promotion of value-added services (including but not limited to film application, premium products, etc.).
• Initiate, plan, manage, execute, and advance cross-departmental project collaborations; handle interfacing and coordination with various service centers and other internal departments; optimize and integrate internal and external resources; control the quality, timeline, and costs of projects to ensure timely completion.
• Organize and participate in project meetings to ensure effective information flow between departments.
• Regularly report project progress to regional and company management, and manage internal and external project communications.
• Complete other tasks assigned by management as required for business development.

• More than 2 years of relevant project management experience, with familiarity in project management methodologies.
• Excellent skills in PPT and Excel operations.
• Willing to accept appropriate business travel.
• Strong abilities in logical analysis, data analysis, and problem-solving.
• Good team collaboration mindset and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or master's degree holders or those with study abroad experience.
• Preference for candidates familiar with automotive industry operations.
• Proficient in English writing and oral communication skills.
