MISSION

To lead complex enterprise implementation projects by aligning technical execution with business objectives, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery. Act as the primary liaison between clients and cross-functional teams, proactively managing risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to drive successful deployments and seamless transitions into long-term client success.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Lead complex Sprinklr implementation projects for US enterprise clients.

• Define and execute project plans aligned with technical scope and business objectives.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the main point of contact for clients.

• Track project health, manage risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

• Facilitate executive updates, project committees, and key milestones.

• Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to client success and ongoing support.

• Support key phases such as kickoffs and go-lives (up to 15% travel, occasional on-site).
