Project Manager – Real Estate Development

Overview
A fast-moving real estate development group active across the Pacific Northwest is seeking a
proactive Project Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple development projects. The ideal
candidate will have experience in project management within real estate, property development,
or construction environments, and be capable of independently managing tasks, tracking
timelines, and ensuring projects progress smoothly.
This is a full time role focused on organization, communication, and initiative, supporting a
growing portfolio of development projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination
● Manage and track multiple real estate and construction-related projects.
● Maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
● Coordinate with internal team members and external stakeholders.
● Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Project Tracking & Documentation
● Update and maintain Smartsheet project trackers across multiple developments.
● Maintain project documentation and organize project-related communications.
● Track project updates, tasks, deliverables, and dependencies.
● Ensure shared project documentation is organized and accessible.

Reporting & Communication
Prepare project summaries and digests outlining:
- What has changed
- Upcoming deadlines
- Potential risks or blockers
● Participate in project calls and provide status updates when needed.
● Communicate project schedules, timelines, and updates clearly to the team.

Process & Efficiency
● Use AI tools and software to summarize documents and streamline workflows.
● Support improvements to project management processes and systems.

Administrative Support
● Perform data entry and document clean-up.
● Organize shared project files and folders for easy retrieval.
● Assist with email organization and project folder management when needed.
● Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support project operations.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience
3–5 years of project management experience
● Experience in real estate, property development, or construction projects preferred
● Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

Technical Skills
● Experience with project management software such as:
- Smartsheet
- Microsoft Project or similar tools
● Comfortable using AI tools for document summarization and workflow
support

● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Ability to work independently and take initiative
● Excellent written and verbal English communication
● Strong attention to detail
● Ability to stay productive without constant supervision
