Deliver outcomes that matter
We’re looking for a Delivery Manager who can lead complex technology initiatives end-to-end and keep delivery moving across time, cost, scope, and quality. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and calm to fast-moving, multi-system environments, partnering with a global network of stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes for our customers.
What you’ll do
Lead end-to-end delivery
Own delivery for assigned initiatives across time, cost, scope, and quality
Build and maintain delivery plans, milestones, and forecasts
Ensure strong planning across development, testing, and release
Partner with the VMO to shape and execute adoption plans that support successful technology rollout
Provide clear, consistent status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Manage scope, dependencies, risks, and finances
Actively manage scope, dependencies, and cross-team impacts
Identify risks and issues early, drive mitigation plans, and escalate appropriately
Clearly communicate trade-offs to support timely decision-making
Manage initiative-level budgets and maintain accurate forecasts
Deliver in alignment with portfolio standards
Deliver initiatives in line with portfolio governance and delivery standards
Collaborate with the VMO and the broader delivery community
Support dependency management across the portfolio
Contribute to resource planning and capacity management
Improve how we deliver
Continuously improve delivery execution, ways of working, and collaboration
Apply delivery frameworks pragmatically with a focus on outcomes
Support Agile and hybrid approaches where they best fit

5+ years delivering complex technology initiatives end-to-end, accountable for outcomes across time, cost, scope, and quality
Project Management certification or completion of a recognized PM curriculum
Strong capability in risk and issue management (identification, impact assessment, escalation, mitigation across technical and operational dimensions)
Proven experience in estimation and forecasting: budgets, resource plans, and delivery timelines, maintained as conditions change
Ability to adjust plans pragmatically based on constraints, dependencies, and shifting priorities
Experience managing large, complex initiatives alongside one or more medium/smaller projects
Solid understanding of dependency management, testing coordination, and release planning
Experience influencing global, cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps (ADO), and/or JIRA
