The Team You'll Join
Your Impact
- Drive optimization projects for internal support tools through automation implementation, dashboard creation, and monitoring the effectiveness of new tools (bots, SAP migration, Mailchimp collections)
- Lead and support internal change management initiatives including launching and tracking expertise topics within Support, implementing new shift management routines, portal account deactivation processes, and external SSO projects
- Plan and organize team events including monthly global team building activities and team dinners
- Coordinate cross-team initiatives through meeting planning, organization, and event logistics
What You'll Bring to the Role
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a university, business school, or political science institute (IEP)
- Seeking a 6 months internship starting July 2026 in Bordeaux
- Autonomous working style with strong collaborative skills in team environments
- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively execute operational and project-based missions
- Strong interest in e-commerce and Mirakl's industry
- Team player: You collaborate effectively and share best practices to elevate team performance
- Fluent in French and English (ability to communicate easily in both languages)
- Knowledge of programming languages and/or experience using APIs

Our Hiring Process
- Manuel screening of your CV by a recruiter and then an AI-powered screening conversation (10 min) with Emma, Mirakl’s AI Talent Ambassador to explore your background and motivation for the role. You will need to complete this step within 3 days, otherwise we won't be able to move forward with your application.
- Intro call with the recruiter to get to know each other, discuss your experience, and answer your questions about Mirakl
- Two interviews where you'll meet your future manager Audrey Baudin and colleagues. You'll discover the STAR method and structured interviews
