What you will do


  • managing projects of mid and large size and scope with responsibility for budget, scope, quality and time

  • embracing an agile approach and methodology

  • conducting Risk and Issue Management for the project, planning and monitoring measures for mitigation and avoidance of impact on the project.

  • managing 3rd party service suppliers and product vendors as well as internal team members in a matrix responsibility

  • ensuring ​compliance with obligatory rules (incl. regulators’ requirements according to Policies & guidelines)

  • ensuring ​effective Stakeholder and Change Management, and provide appropriate status reporting

Requirements


  • fluency in English

  • strong background in financial projects

  • demonstrable experience of successfully delivering critical and complex IT system-related projects

  • proven experience in Agile and classical/waterfall software development and lifecycle methodologies (SCRUM, SAFEe, PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2)

  • demonstrable change project management experience

  • strong communication, facilitation, presentation & negotiation skills

  • ability to work with third parties


Nice to have



  • German written and spoken language

  • experience in the Investment/Asset Management industry will be a strong plus
