About the Role

As a Project Manager, Commercial Solutions, you will lead and deliver cross-functional projects that support commercial operations, sales initiatives, and supply chain optimization within McKesson Canada.

As the Project Manager, you will independently manage multiple projects, drive process improvements, and partner with stakeholders across marketing, operations, and supply chain. 

You will play a key role in improving business performance by leveraging data, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for multiple concurrent projects (minimum 2), including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business priorities.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams.
  • Analyze current processes and develop future-state process maps (Visio or equivalent tools).
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and cost optimization.
  • Track and report on project KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Support larger strategic initiatives led by senior project leaders.
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) to enhance operational performance.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in project management, supply chain, or operations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects independently across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or commercial operations environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • PMP certification or formal project management training.
  • Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt) or continuous improvement experience.
  • Experience working with commercial operations, sales enablement, or marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with PharmaClik, MBA systems, or healthcare distribution environments.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for productivity and analysis.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
  • End-to-end understanding of supply chain processes.

Work Environment & Requirements:

  • Hybrid role: In-office 2 days per week.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Occasional collaboration across time zones may be required.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$81,500 - $135,800
