Senior Technical Project Manager Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Project Leadership

• Drive endtoend delivery of technology programs covering design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with architects and engineering leads to define technical roadmaps and ensure architectural alignment.
• Conduct technical feasibility assessments, effort estimations, and detailed solution walkthroughs.
• Monitor code quality, adherence to design standards, system integrations, and overall system performance.

2. Project Planning & Governance

• Build and manage project plans, schedules, and delivery milestones with disciplined governance frameworks.
