Project Manager

We are on the lookout for a communicative and enthusiastic Project Manager for long-term projects for our clients in the chemical, food, pharma and other industries.  

In this role, you will coordinate and follow up on a diverse portfolio of engineering projects, combining technical expertise with project coordination to meet customer expectations and deliver successful outcomes. 

What you will do: 

• Analyze stakeholder requests to create actionable plans that cover scope, objectives, budgets, and resources.  

• Communicate and distribute Polytek’s terms and conditions to clients, assessing their financial viability. 

• Manage accounts by identifying additional services aligned with project scopes or potential opportunities. 

• Oversee changes in project scope, budgets, resources, and quality to ensure all deliverables meet predefined objectives. 

• Foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to resolve challenges and provide project guidance. 

• Manage client invoicing, including invoice generation, discussions with clients, and monitoring payments. 

• When needed, deliver final 3D models, technical specifications, and project deliverables to the client.
