Project Manager
- Effectively execution of the Projects with in time lines and budget.
- Project planning and control, Material planning and indenting, Material control & reconciliation
- Process planning and Liaison with subcontractors, Production control and Better utilization of resources.
- Design reviews for manufacturing feasibility and manufacturing friendly
- Identification and manufacturing of Fixtures and devices for manufacturing and manufacturing instructions for critical process.
- Instrumental in setting up good quality supplier base to ensure cost effective and timely procurement.
- Identification and selection of vendors, following up to ensure timely delivery.
- Identification of new & better space saving techniques, methods of goods identification, storage, and movement.
- Development of alternate source ensuring continuity of supply consistency of quality & competitive price.
- Supplier evaluation through various objective performance measurements including time delivery, quality and price.
- Action / budgeted plan for complete project assembly wise
- Preparation of project planned cost sheet and monitoring of project costs highlighting possibilities of cost over run.
- Organizing Periodic Review of Production Targets, achievements, deviations and preparation of corrective action plan.
- Planning the activities, monitoring progress and appraising thru generation of defined reports.
- Central coordinator to integrate various functions like procurement, implementation teams, finance etc.
- Implementation of system at the receiving end for the proper identification of the material.
- Maintaining of inventory levels to minimum required stock.
- Education – Should be an Engineering Graduate (Electrical & Electronics or Electrical & Instrumentation / Mechanical/ Civil).
- Experience - Should possess 10 years’ experience – preferably in any steel or ferrochrome manufacturing / processing plant maintenance activities.
