Your responsabilities:
As Project Manager you are accountable for delivering Automation’s prefabricated data center solutions from customer order through installation, commissioning, and acceptance on site
You manage customer relationships as its single point of contact in the company and you act as interface between your customer and internal departments such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Service, etc.
You lead and animate a Project Team composed of Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, and Service representative to ensure the project is delivered within quality, time and budget to a satisfied customer.
Your main tasks:
Review technical and commercial offer content to ensure feasibility and alignment with project execution needs
Lead the full project lifecycle: from contract review, through engineering, procurement, production, installation, commissioning and handover to Service
Coordinate activities between sales, engineering, supply chain, production, and installation teams.
Review and challenge technical documents to ensure feasibility, quality, and alignment with customer requirements.
Maintain regular communication with customers, internal stakeholders, and third parties (contractors, suppliers).
Organize and run project status meetings, steering committee meetings, and escalation meetings as required.
Ensure deliverables comply with Automation’s engineering standards and customer contractual requirements.
Monitor project financials, including actuals, cost-to-complete, invoicing and margin.
Actively participate to the creation and improvement of Project Management standards, tools and processes
