Project Management Engineer

The Project Management cordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering EPC or Data Center projects within scope, budget, and schedule. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and stakeholder management skills to ensure successful project outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures. Ensure financial compliance and optimize cost efficiency. Facilitate communication and resolve conflicts among stakeholders. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients. Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and construction professionals. Provide guidance, motivation, and performance management. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years' Project Management experience Working knowledge of local codes/standards is imperative. 3+ years' related experience in sales or related role within the industry (electrical equipment) Knowledge of EPC or Data Center Fluent in written and oral English Knowledge of Code of Ethics/Standard Initiative and positive Work under pressure
