Project Leader

" "Own full Responsibility, Authority, and Accountability (RAA) for project scope delivery. Manage effective customer communications. Communicates and manages customer expectations and contractual commitments within the business. Capture customer milestones and delivery requirements to generate internal operational guideline. Work with UK/India PM to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure align with target goals. Work with UK/India PM to monitor project progress to maintain the project master schedule, track deliverables, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Develop project dashboards and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including status reports, risk assessments, and project outcomes. Identify opportunities to streamline project workflows and conclude best practices for process improvement. Work with onsite engineers to monitor program critical path and key actions. Work with engineering team, supply chain and commercial team to lead localization strategy. At least 5 years of work experience in Program Management, or Engineering and/or Product Development Management; preferably in Aerospace industry Knowledge of commercial aircraft process, i.e. ARP 4754A is preferred; Program management certification such as PMP or IPMP highly recommended.
