Why we are looking for support

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead (m/f/d) to lead complex IT projects and drive impactful client engagements. You will take ownership to end-to-end project delivery, manage stakeholders, and ensure high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment. This role requires strong leadership, project management expertise, and experience in the Consumer Goods industry.

Your tasks

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from scoping to implementation and closure
Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and resource planning
Act as the primary point of contact for the internal team, clients and stakeholders
Manage cross-functional, international teams to ensure alignment and delivery excellence
Identify, assess, and mitigate project management methodologies, governance, and best practices
Drive requirements engineering and alignment between business and technical teams
Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, and quality
Lead workshops, steering committees, and status reporting
Mentor and support junior team members
Identify opportunities for process improvements and value creation for clients

Requirements

5+ years of experience in consulting or related industry
Proven experience leading IT projects as Project Lead or Project Manager
Strong experience in stakeholder management and requirements engineering
Experience in Consumer Goods (CG) industry is strongly preferred
Solid understanding of IT project delivery (e.g. CRM, digital platforms, system implementations)
Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive mindset
Experience working in remote and international environments
Fluent in English
Italian is a plus
Multilingual background is a strong advantage
