Tes missions seront les suivantes / Your missions will be the following :

Être le lien entre l'équipe de financement, l'équipe de contrôle des coûts, les principaux conseils et les banques pour mettre à jour et suivre le business plan de l'entreprise et les documents clés qui s'y rapportent.

Créer de courtes présentations des projets de Verkor et des Project Information Memorandum pour les banques, les investisseurs de premier plan et/ou les partenaires stratégiques.

Avec l'aide du Pack Office, organiser des réunions et des présentations.

En tant que futur·e expert·e en finance, produire des modèles financiers, des tests de sensibilité, etc. pour les besoins de l'entreprise, notamment le financement de la gigafactory, les nouveaux projets technologiques (module, nouvelle génération de produits), les joint-ventures, les fusions-acquisitions et les opportunités d'investissement.

En tant qu'analyste financier, être impliqué.e dans les différents workflows des projets de l'entreprise, y compris le processus de Due Diligence et l'analyse des nouveaux projets technologiques, etc.

Recueillir des informations auprès de tous les départements de Verkor afin de transmettre les données aux vendeurs impliqués dans les levées de fonds

Assurer la liaison avec les conseils (financiers, techniques, fiscaux, marché et approvisionnement, environnement et social, juridique) afin de leur fournir la documentation interne requise.

Participer au Q&A avec les experts internes et externes.

Act as the link between the finance team, the cost control team, key advisors and banks to update and monitor the company's business plan and related key documents.

Create short presentations of Verkor's projects and Project Information Memoranda for banks, leading investors and/or strategic partners.

With the help of Office Suite, organise meetings and presentations.

As a future finance expert, produce financial models, sensitivity tests, etc. for the company's needs, including gigafactory financing, new technology projects (modules, new product generations), joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and investment opportunities.

As a financial analyst, be involved in the various workflows of the company's projects, including the due diligence process and the analysis of new technology projects, etc.

Gather information from all Verkor departments in order to pass on the data to the salespeople involved in fundraising.

Liaise with advisors (financial, technical, tax, market and procurement, environmental and social, legal) to provide them with the required internal documentation.

Participate in Q&A sessions with internal and external experts.

Tu poursuis actuellement des études en finance.

Tu disposes d'une première expérience réussie en project finance.

Tu es curieux, proactif et doté d'une envie d'apprendre.

Tu disposes de bonnes capacités de communication.

Tu es prêt à t'impliquer pleinement dans ce stage / cette alternance.

Tu es parfaitement à l'aise en anglais.
