Job description
As a Project Engineer at Polytek, you are the technical backbone of our projects. You translate complex requirements into clear, actionable engineering solutions. From kick-off to completion, you ensure everything aligns with the client's needs, internal standards, and industry regulations. Your role is pivotal in guaranteeing quality, efficiency, and innovation in every phase of the project lifecycle.
What you will do:
Analyse and convert stakeholder requirements into practical technical solutions
Participate in internal and external project kick-off meetings
Prepare and maintain project documentation and checklists
Support the Project Manager in planning, budgeting, and aligning resources for large-scale projects
Independently manage small-scale projects from a technical perspective
Oversee the technical execution of the project, ensuring compliance with quality, sustainability, and EU regulations
Conduct technical calculations and collaborate with suppliers as needed
Create, verify, and finalize technical documentation in alignment with project milestones
Guide and support BIM Modelers and Designers, ensuring quality and knowledge development
Integrate your work seamlessly with other disciplines and technical systems
Identify and act on commercial opportunities with clients
