Project Engineer CSA
As a Project Engineer for the discipline CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural), you play a crucial role in shaping and delivering technically sound, detail-oriented industrial projects. You work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to transform ideas and requirements into practical, sustainable solutions that meet or exceed expectations. You are the bridge between design and execution, and your input ensures every project is ready to run smoothly from day one.
What you will do:
Perform and report civil technical calculations
Translate stakeholder requests into solid technical solutions that align with project objectives
Participate in project kick-off meetings, internally and with clients
Prepare and review technical checklists, proposals, and data for completeness and accuracy
Assist in developing project budgets, schedules, specifications, and resource planning
Lead the technical execution for small-scale projects and support Project Managers on larger ones
Ensure quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance throughout project phases
Create, review, and finalize technical documents and coordinate with external partners
Guide and mentor BIM Modelers and Designers, providing feedback and ensuring high-quality output
Collaborate across disciplines to ensure integrated and holistic project delivery
Identify commercial opportunities with clients and contribute to account management efforts
