Project Engineer 3
Perform technical project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of company's products and services. Develop and present project plans & status to management. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product/ solution release on schedule and within resource constraints. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and resources. Manage CFTs with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities to drive to solutions and alignment (with project objective, design, procurement, testing and BOM release) via the PDR process. Assist in the definition and institutionalizing of new processes to improve effectiveness, leverage synergies and enable maturity of the organization. Be the change agent, driving process excellence, ownership of the process, responsiveness to dynamic business environment and leading by example. Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years' experience; 3+ years of technical project management. Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating leadership and influence skills to deliver results. Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the Company. Knowledge of Project Management methods and experience in Product Development & Release (PDR) procedures. Strong influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skills. Experience in or knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication, Semiconductor Equipment Operations, or related industries is a plus. Experience in HW development, Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus Expertise with project management software and tools including MS Project, QuickBase, Office Timeline, or equivalent. Structured Thinking: Logical approach, appropriate framing problems, and conclusions. Focuses on building capabilities across span of control. Communication: Clear, concise, and conclusive that shapes senior-leader understanding and draws out specific recommendations and conclusions. People Management: Leads CFTs that continually improves self, business, and function. Sets direction for group and provides compelling vision for the work; establishes a high-performance environment.
