We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team and lead the delivery of impactful architectural projects. This is an opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in architecture and project management to make a meaningful contribution to our mission.

As a Project Coordinator at UNS, you will:

• Lead with Vision: Take full ownership of the successful delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client needs, organizational goals, and sustainability principles.

• Team Guidance: mentor and guide project teams through all phases, from concept to completion, while maintaining a focus on quality, timelines, and budget.

• Drive Strategic Decisions: provide informed, strategic input to navigate complex project challenges and opportunities.

• Oversee Design Excellence: Ensure all deliverables meet the standards of design and technical excellence of UNS.

• Project Financials: monitor project budgets, ensuring financial performance aligns with expectations. Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

• Mitigate Risks: identify potential risks early and develop strategies to address them.

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements, particularly in the Middle East region and under LDC contracts.

• Collaborate with Stakeholders: foster open communication and build strong relationships to ensure project success.
