Job Description Summary
Programming Engineer performs tasks from the job description in a responsible and secure mannerJob Description
• creation of CAD (drawing pos.) in Catia V5 and BladeMill where possible for the required position that precedes the creation of the NC set, i.e. cutting plan
• defining the mode and number of clamps with defining the required zero points
• defining the optimal processing order
• development of cutting plans and CNC programs by operations
• production of technological drafts for processing by procedures and production of clamping drafts
• verification of the NC code in the appropriate software before transfer to the machine
• data transfer (CNC program) to machine memory (PC, Notebook)
• monitoring, analysis and improvement of interventions within the program and their mandatory correction
• production of technological drafts (preparations, guide sleeves, special tools, etc.)
• archiving programs, updating them due to program revisions and/or draft changes
• on-call interventions from the plant
• continuous monitoring and analysis of all activities on projects and taking corrective actions with the aim of simplifying work, increasing the technological level and achieving greater profitability
• reporting to superiors on all significant deviations in terms of quality, deadlines and costs and proposing corrective actions
• compliance with occupational safety systems, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• respect for order, cleanliness, safety and visual identity
• in performing the above activities takes into account: customer requirements, QA regulations, quality, cost-effectiveness of production and cost control
• initiating preventive and corrective actions in case of established deviations from the usual work procedures
• providing the right information from the domain of their work to the manager and other participants with whom he contacts in the work
• making all changes, additions and corrections during the work process either on the development of the process or during production
• access to the GE work instructions system and the Intranet
