Program Research Associate

As a Program Research Associate, known internally as a Curator, you’ll play a vital role in powering the Findhelp SaaS platform by ensuring the social services listed are accurate, up-to-date, and meet our high standards for inclusion. Your day-to-day work will directly impact people seeking help across the country. You’ll verify existing program data, research and add new resources, and respond to user requests, often digging into websites, making calls, and writing emails to gather essential information.
