About the Position: Threat Tec is seeking a Program Manager to lead our Operations Analysis and Management Services (OAMS) program in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will oversee a high-performing team providing critical support to MARCENT across intelligence, operations, logistics, manpower, communications, policy, and medical functions. As the primary liaison with MARCENT leadership, you’ll ensure smooth integration of contractor support into daily operations, manage program performance, and deliver mission-focused solutions that directly support the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). This is a leadership opportunity to drive impact, manage complex DoD programs, and contribute to operational success at the strategic level.
