What you'll do The Program Manager for Enterprise Transformation is a highly driven individual with demonstrated experience in leading and delivering complex projects within fast-paced, highly technical environments. The successful candidate possesses a proven ability to not only drive consensus but also to provide clear, strategic direction to a diverse group of cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership. This individual is adept at maintaining efficient, high-level project plans, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring all stakeholders are consistently informed of project status and dependencies. Their expertise allows them to anticipate challenges, connect disparate teams, and navigate ambiguity to ensure enterprise-wide initiatives are delivered successfully and on time. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Program Execution. Responsibility Lead and run transformation initiatives focused on improving Commerce for Sales led and Digital i.e. self service (.com) routes to market, including policy, processes, systems and data in partnership with sales, marketing, and customer success teams Identify, evaluate, and champion opportunities to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Program Management processes and artifacts in driving automation, productivity, and operational efficiency Manage interdependencies between workstreams and the rest of the organization Collaborate with Team Leads to ensure functional teams are operating effectively Monitor progress of teams and ensure issues are resolved Plan workshops and communicate key action items and decisions across functions Ensure communication of relevant information across the program and with the SteerCo Leverage PMO tools and methodologies to implement and manage scope, timelines, risks, and resources Create and manage all project management artifacts including project plan, issues and risks log, budgets, and status updates Experience in successfully prioritizing and balancing between competing priorities to deliver outcomes on-time and on-budget Drive end-to-end commerce transformation, focusing on modernizing processes such as Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Order-to-Fulfillment, and Billing-to-Revenue, to enhance customer experience, and deliver measurable business outcomes Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and partners on an ongoing basis Prepare and deliver presentations to facilitate alignment, and develop a shared understanding of the impacts, benefits, and changes to expect Drive collaboration with project sponsor/s to plan project objectives, scope and deliverables Develop and communicate project status, OKR’s and project documentation to stakeholders, sponsors and executives Collaborate with Project Management and Change Enablement professionals across Docusign sharing leading practices and evolve our methodology Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic 8+ years of combined Program Management with a proven experience in Commerce (CPQ) processes and systems (e.g. Apttus/Conga, Zuora, Salesforce CPQ) 5+ years of experience of project management best practices and Agile methodology 3+ years of experience in JIRA and Confluence with demonstrated capability using JIRA and Confluence to manage Agile scrum teams Commerce, Partner, Salesforce CRM tools, platform and systems implementation experience Experience with driving digital transformation with at least 2-3 cross functional programs successfully delivered Experience with AI tools (e.g., copilots, LLM-based solutions, prompt designs) and their application in program management workflows Experience with business applications and Agile software development methodologies and productivity tools, including Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, G-Suite etc. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience Preferred Strong experience in technology enterprise applications implementation, planning, execution and delivery Ability to quickly understand complex issues and develop or apply simplifying frameworks to facilitate broader organizational understanding, decision-making and action Detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written, organizational, presentation and interpersonal communications skills Ability to present and explain complex information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and gains understanding Adept at building close working relationships and quickly establishing personal credibility across an organization, maintaining a high level of professionalism, self-motivation and a strong sense of urgency Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $126,900.00 - $197,800.00 base salary This role is also eligible for the following: Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance. Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
