Program Manager
Position Focus
- Support program manager for the respective programs to track and communicate the overall development and progress.
- Provides platform support in customer/internal meetings when necessary and provides support for resolution of any general issues which require attention.
- Coordinates requirements between internal customer focused divisions and the customer.
- Provides coordination and technical interface between engineering, purchase, finance and production plant environment.
- Possesses understanding of customer related management systems.
Job Description
- Overall Program Management to ensure timely and successful execution of various activities relating to customer program
- Be a key interface between the plants, engineering & APO team. Act as one-point contact between customer and Lear on all issues relating to a program.
- Tracking and maintaining project timing and the Program plan
- Identifying impact on all deliverables for all changes (Internal or due to customer request).
- Schedule regular timing reviews internal and with external stake holders • Prepare periodical reports as required.
- Follow departmental procedures and documentation to company with TS 16949 and ISO 14001.
- Any other duties/ functions assigned from time to time by the Management
Qualification :
BE Mechanical - Min 15-18 yrs. experience in automotive industry, preferably in JIT & seating industry. Experience in engineering or operations will be added advantage.
