Program Management Hardware Component Ecosystem PA
Collaborates with key stakeholders and program sponsors to develop program goals, set the prioritization of deliverables, discuss involvement of business processes (e.g., program change management, communication) and drives decisions necessary for on time delivery. Develops and manages the execution of the program PVL, takes in charge of schedule and resource forecasting, stakeholders' identification, method and frequency of communication, scope, and prioritization. Cooperate with camera ecosystem partners to get external technical support & module support, and understand the partners' support need. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to arrange technical support for external partners to ramp up their software & tuning capability to support Dev 1st target. Identifies and secures resources to ensure alignment of team with program/technology demand for multiple programs with value-added camera features. Manage the regular camera PVL release/publish work. Manage schedule & effort alignment with ODC/ADC, track the actual development status and co-work with internal development team to provide essential support to complete the external PVL tasks successfully. Collaborates with camera product team to align camera feature plan on new software products, and support camera development team on early feature evaluation/scoping. Collaborates with global product marketing team and development team for mainline camera feature and customer feature development on software product. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related field. Experience and familiarity with camera and memory technology is plus. 1~3+ years Program Management experience or related work experience. 1~3+ years working with PPM tool for resource for project resource management, budget management and tracking project financials actuals vs. estimation. Experience with program management tools such as dashboards, PowerBI, Salesforce etc. PMP Certification preferred(optional) Experience with 3rd party Management would be a plus High School Diploma or equivalent.
