Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Taxi Drivers to support a passenger experience project in Germany. This role is intended for professionals who are accustomed to working with passengers and maintaining a high standard of service.
The position involves operating a vehicle on designated routes, frequently with passengers onboard, in order to support structured project activities and service evaluations. A strong focus on safe, responsible driving is essential, as safety and consistency are critical to the success of the project.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services
Ensure a high standard of passenger comfort and service quality
Follow assigned routes and adhere to project-specific guidelines
Communicate effectively in English when required
Comply with all applicable traffic laws and safety regulations
Requirements
EU citizenship
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness and ability to travel to the United States for training (travel covered)
Good command of English
Proven experience in taxi or ride-hailing services (e.g., Uber, Bolt, Lyft)
Ability to interact professionally with passengers
Strong sense of responsibility and customer service
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in structured or project-based environments
Familiarity with navigation tools and mobile applications
Comfortable using touch-screen devices
Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
