Production Worker - CAR40

Principali Responsabilità:

• Intercettare e identificare materie prime, semilavorati e prodotti finiti non conformi durante le varie fasi di processo, segnalando eventuali non conformità al responsabile.
• Attuare e rispettare le procedure di Qualità, Produzione e prevenzione degli incidenti, sia in condizioni ordinarie che di emergenza.
• Controllare e condurre macchine e dispositivi di sicurezza, verificando la funzionalità degli impianti di protezione.
• Segnalare anomalie o necessità al preposto o responsabile diretto.
• Eseguire operazioni di lavorazione e movimentazione prodotti nel rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza.
• Mantenere il posto di lavoro pulito e ordinato, applicando le metodologie 5S.
• Rispettare le procedure e le istruzioni operative (I.O.) in materia di EHS (Environment, Health and Safety).
• Identificare e segnalare eventi incidentali e situazioni non conformi (Near Miss).
• Utilizzare correttamente i dispositivi di protezione individuale (DPI) e rispettare la cartellonistica di sicurezza.
• Contribuire al miglioramento continuo delle pratiche EHS con suggerimenti adeguati.
• Collaborare efficacemente all’interno del team di lavoro.

Requisiti:

• Diploma o laurea (preferibile).
• Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni.
• Disponibilità a trasferimenti interni in base alle esigenze aziendali.
• Precedente esperienza in ruoli simili è gradita.
• Conoscenza e utilizzo dei DPI.
• Esperienza di lavoro a contatto con materie prime e semilavorati di natura chimica.
