Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do Enforce all safety rules, PPE requirements, 5S standards, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Supervise production lines by assigning staff, resolving scheduling issues, ensuring training, and managing hiring, discipline, and performance appraisals. Monitor product quality, line efficiency, labor efficiency, and inventory accuracy while completing required reports, data entry, and shop order reconciliations. Lead team communication through meetings, policy enforcement, and continuous feedback to drive productivity and address performance or production issues. Ensure accurate documentation—including downtime tagging, production reports, and inventory transactions—while analyzing variances and supporting overall operational improvement.
