Production Supervisor - Factory

Main Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Production Engineer, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the overall supervision, coordination, planning, and control of the activities related to the plant operations and gold recovery. They must ensure cost optimization and compliance with safety standards to ensure the sustainable and efficient performance of the plant and the gold recovery unit. Here are your main responsibilities: Plan, direct, and supervise the plant and gold recovery operations, ensuring production targets are met while adhering to the allocated budgets; Ensure the implementation of safety, security, and environmental policies; Optimize operational performance by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing best practices; Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions; Ensure the availability of consumables necessary for smooth operations; Ensure effective communication between different teams for seamless coordination of activities; Control operation-related costs while maintaining high standards of safety and quality; Lead production teams and ensure the proper functioning of equipment; Ensure effective collaboration with maintenance and other departments; Promote and enforce commitments related to health, safety, and sustainability in the operational area; Report any incidents or abnormal situations, as well as events that could have serious consequences, to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
