Production Supervisor

Join us. The West Coast Production Supervisor plays a critical role in the success of our production operations. As Production Supervisor you will help perform technical and mechanical diagnostics, coordinate and help perform preventative and non-planned (emergency) mechanical, technical, and facility repair work, develop new production processes and ensure they are sustained, drive our performance reporting and continuous improvement initiatives, and oversee all of our production equipment service contracts. You’ll also help us discover the root cause of issues we experience on our manufacturing teams, and develop action plans and necessary steps to resolve these issues, ensuring that our actions taken and processes developed are built to last. To achieve this you will develop strong partnerships with our regional manufacturing and facilities teams, as well as other cross functional teams across our business. *This position is located at the West Sacramento Production Facility in CA.
