Your role and responsibilities


As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily assembly line operations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. You will supervise, train, and motivate a team, enforce safety protocols, and implement quality control measures. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues, maintain production records, and promote and execute continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with production planners, engineers, and various stakeholders.

The position is located in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, Finland.

The work model for the role is onsite, day shift.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Supervising production line's assembly team as well as continuous improvement and safety related tasks

  • Ensuring timely delivery of quality products by efficient resource management and elimination of process disturbances

  • Leading the daily work of highly skilled assembly team and following up production KPI´s (safety, quality, OTD, productivity)

  • Making sure that we reach set development targets with a positive attitude


Qualifications for the role

  • B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering, industrial management or in a related field is required

  • A few years of relevant working experience is essential. Previous supervisor experience is considered as an advantage

  • Good skills and understanding of production and logistics processes 

  • Good organizing and communication skills

  • The ability to motivate your team through a positive attitude

  • Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English, both written and spoken

  • Established skills in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) are required

  • A development-oriented mindset and a practical working attitude

  • Ideally, you understand Lean principles and basic quality management methods
