Production Specialist

As a Production Specialist, you'll play a key role in bringing client projects to life by managing the production process from post-estimate approval through final delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, production coordination or similar logistics and production based role.
• Experience with creative agencies or corporate gifting
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
• Technical proficiency with software applications and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Previous experience with project management tools like Wrike or Asana and ticketing systems like ZenDesk, Intercom or Front to manage large projects and coordinate across departments.
