Drive EHS Culture improvement Drive compliance in terms of Safety and Food safety requirements Management of Quality products Enhance performance in line with TE/ NE and ME requirements Identify opportunities to improve production processes Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management (Internal and External) Build Capable, Diverse and engaged Teams focusing on Milling capability, Continuous improvement, OHS and TPW Culture. Ensure PDRs are in place and tracked for all levelled reports Maintain discipline through the effective application of the disciplinary code and adherence to the PepsiCo Code of Conduct.
