Production & Logistics
Production and logistics
Our Production & Logistics teams ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time – efficiently, reliably, and with a focus on quality. Whether in manufacturing, the warehouse, or across the entire supply chain, our teams work closely together to ensure our products are ready for use worldwide.
Modern technology meets genuine teamwork
Automated production systems, precision tools, robotics, and driverless transport systems keep our operations running smoothly. And right in the middle of it all: you. Our components are found in millions of vehicles worldwide. What you do here will later move the road.

In production at ElringKlinger, we work in groups at many locations. This form of work promotes cooperation, information exchange, and participation. Groups take on responsibility together, coordinate with each other, and develop solutions for everyday work. The advantages: more say, group bonuses, better quality, and higher productivity. Managers and group spokespersons receive regular training to actively support and further develop group work.

Sustainability is a success factor for ElringKlinger and, at its core, a question of attitude: as part of our SHAPE30 corporate strategy, it shapes our actions at all levels: ecologically compatible, socially just, and ethically sound. We set clear goals for reducing emissions, conserving resources, and complying with international standards—for example, in the areas of human rights and the supply chain. Our employees experience sustainability not only as a concept, but as a reality in their everyday lives: in product development, production, administration, and communication. Fair working conditions, high occupational safety standards, and comprehensive health measures create an environment in which all employees feel comfortable and can develop their full potential.
We also take responsibility beyond the boundaries of our company: we support social projects in the regions where we are based through targeted donations and sponsorship activities. Through the Paul Lechler Foundation, which acts as the majority shareholder together with the Lechler family, part of our company dividends go directly to charitable initiatives.
