Where will you be working?  

You will be working within the Production Engineering team in close collaboration with D&E and System Engineering with the end goal to improve the production and CT. 

What will you be doing?  

Module Ownership & Technical Expertise 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for one specific module within the production line. 

  • Develop deep technical understanding of the module’s design, functionality, and integration. 

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for module performance, reliability, and manufacturability. 

Production Support & Troubleshooting 

  • Provide hands-on support during module assembly, testing, and troubleshooting. 

  • Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (D&E, Supply chain, Service) to resolve technical challenges. 

Process Optimization 

  • Monitor and improve production processes related to the module. 

  • Define and maintain work instructions, process flows, and control plans. 

  • Lead root cause analysis and implement lean manufacturing principles. 

Change Management 

  • Manage engineering changes and ensure smooth implementation in production. 

  • Validate changes through testing and documentation before release. 

Training & Documentation 

  • Train operators and technicians on module-specific procedures and best practices. 

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation including assembly guides, troubleshooting manuals, and test protocols
