Position Title: Production Engineer ( Fabrication)

Location: Chikhali Pune

Reporting To:  Production Head/ CEO

Position Summary:

Lead and manage end-to-end fabrication and production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality compliance, cost control, and timely delivery. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·  Develop and execute production plans aligned with business goals.

· Monitor and improve productivity, efficiency, and utilization.

· Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

· Ensure adherence to quality standards and ISO procedures.

·  Lead troubleshooting for production issues and implement corrective actions.

·  Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams.

·  Manage manpower planning, training, and performance evaluation.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. · Prepare MIS reports, KPIs, and production dashboards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Qualification	/ Skills Requirement
Education	Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience	3–5 years in fabrication / manufacturing industry with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.

Skills & Competencies

·  Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (welding, cutting, assembly).

·  Ability to interpret technical drawings and BOM.

·  Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools.

· Leadership and team management skills.

· Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
