Production Engineer
Position Offered:Production Executive – Sheet Metal Pressing (Open From 03/01/2026)
Qualification: DME / B.E. in Production or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 5–8 years of experience in automotive sheet metal manufacturing

Roles and Responsibilities
– Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production activities for press shop, fabrication, and assemblies.
– Manage manpower deployment, machine utilization, OEE, and material flow.
– Ensure quality of stamped and fabricated components as per automotive standards and ISO 9001:2015.
– Operate and oversee press tools, progressive dies, multi-slide stamping, and mechanical presses.
– Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, and Dispatch teams for production planning and deliveries.
– Follow up with vendors for quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
– Implement shop-floor safety practices, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
– Maintain production records, ERP entries, and utilization reports.
– Train operators on machine operation, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
– On-site shop floor supervision.
– Strong exposure to press shop operations, tooling, and assemblies.
– Working knowledge of ERP systems and ISO standards.
– Should Have Through Knowledge about Production , Resource Allocation Functions, Fabrication & material Handling equipments.
– Ability to work with the Team.
– Should Adher to Process Specified and Maintain Proper Documentation
– Should have hands on Experience in handling of Both Pnuematic and Hydraulic Process.
– He Should be able to do Die Setting and Ensure Part Quality.
– He should be able to Plan Parts Production on Defined Presses and Ensure that Production Nos are Achieved.
– Knowledge of Manufacturing Process.
– Has hand on experience in Press/Productoon Assy.
– ISO 9001-2015 standards & procedures.
– Knowledge in ERP System.
– Able to Plan the resources and Schedule Machine operations.
– Prepare and Track all activities with defined Time Lines.
– Able to Study/Understand Drawings to convert them to the Product.
– Understand BOM and adhere to Consumption Report for any Changes.
– Knowledge of the Product and its relation to the sequence of the Manufacturing Process.
– Use of Proper Tools,Machines ,Consumables for getting Machine/Operation Productivity.
– Coordinate with Sales/Purchase/Design/Installation for Product Delivery.
– Create Checklists for Information Sharing and Requesting.
– Use of ERP to update Manufacturing Completion.
– Prepare MIS Reports.
– Ensure Safety and PPE Implementation.
– Participate in delivery of defect Free product to Customers.
– Maintain and Monitor Change Management Parts and their Implementation.
– to follow the Quality Controlled defined Process of Manufacturing t deliver the Designed Product.
– Initiate and Participate in KAIZEn to achiev Continual Improvement.
– Prepare Plan,Daily Production Report and Broadcast Ststus of Manufacturing.
